Heather Marie Professional Vocalist 1940s Singer Wartime Singer

Heather Marie was born in St Helens, Merseyside, and has been performing professionally throughout the UK since 2009.

Below are some highlights of Heather’s career –

  • Performed with the renowned Maida Vale Singers at the Dame Vera Lynn 100th Birthday Celebration Concert at the London Palladium in the presence of Her Majesty the Queen
  • Performed with the Maida Vale Singers and the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra at the Royal Albert Hall for the 30th Anniversary of Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy 
  • Special guest vocalist with the Central Band of the Royal Air Force at a sell out concert at the Hall for Cornwall in Truro
  • Concert soloist with the Band of the Royal Air Force College at the RAF College Cranwell Spring Whittle Hall Concerts and at the Princess Alexandra Auditorium in Yarm
  • Cathedral tour with the Band of the Royal Air Force College to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain in aid of the RAF Association
  • Concert soloist with the Band of the Royal Air Force Regiment at the Hall for Cornwall in Truro
  • Featured soloist with the Royal Air Force Squadronaires in Wales and at the Royal Air Forces Association Annual Conference at the Congress Theatre in Eastbourne
  • Featured soloist with the Syd Lawrence Orchestra at the Specsavers Liberation Ball in Guernsey
  • Resident performer at the historic Petwood Hotel in Lincolnshire
  • Performing at afternoon teas for Club Members at the prestigious Royal Air Force Club in London

Heather Marie is a member of the Royal Air Forces Association, and is proud to raise funds to support service personnel and veterans through the sale of her albums “At Last” and “A Very Vintage Christmas” www.heathermarie.co.uk/CD and through other fundraising activities such as events, performances, volunteering and has twice completed the London Marathon. Heather Marie was honoured to be invited to a Buckingham Palace Garden Party as a thank you for all of her fundraising efforts on behalf of the RAF Association.
